RETURN POLICY
At Alchemy & Aura, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and convenient return process to ensure your shopping experience remains smooth and worry-free.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must remain in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include gift cards, personalized jewelry, and clearance items. Please review the product description carefully before completing your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@alchemyandaurallc.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions and, if required, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely. Alchemy & Aura is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please mention your preference when contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Please note that customs duties or import fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our support team. Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this Return Policy.
